Some pain point based goals that we concluded that the chat bot should cater to are: Quick Access, helping with comprehension of studies, active engagement and collaboration through Trust in the chatbot’s output. Through which we developed 4 scenarios to design for that actively solves these issues. So along with its mainstream abilities of pulling up data, the chatbot will help with
